Unfortunately we do not do refunds, however we do exchanges, item must be returned within 3-5 days from receiving unworn and in original packaging.If you have worn the waist trainer and/or sports belt you cannot return the item, as these items are considered as underwear and cannot be resold if worn even once. Unworn and undamaged items can be returned. When an item is returned, it can only be exchanged there is a no cash refund.
